Tal – Nagar, Dist Ahmednagar. is.convicted and sentenced to 4 yrs rigorous imprisonment with a fine of ₹’ 20,000 failing to pay the fine amount she will have to undergo 3 months simple imprisonment u/s 7, 13 (2) of the PC Act.,
